As an Early Intervention Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in creating inclusive learning environments, designing individualized education plans, and fostering developmental milestones for children under our care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and social workers to ensure holistic support for our students and their families.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique developmental needs of children.
- Conduct engaging and age-appropriate classroom activities to support cognitive, social, and physical development.
- Monitor and document student progress regularly, providing detailed reports to parents and management.
- Collaborate closely with therapists, social workers, and families to provide integrated support systems.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages positive behavioral development.
- Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary meetings to review student development strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to teaching assistants in executing daily curriculum activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in early intervention or working with children with special needs.
- Strong knowledge of child developmental milestones and pedagogical strategies for diverse learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with parents and stakeholders.
- A compassionate, patient, and resilient mindset, with a strong commitment to social service values.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
