Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive biodiversity conservation strategies tailored to company-managed concessions.
- Oversee large-scale ecosystem restoration and reforestation programs to enhance habitat connectivity.
- Conduct regular ecological monitoring, baseline assessments, and environmental impact reporting.
- Collaborate with governmental bodies, NGOs, and local communities to support sustainable land management practices.
- Ensure project compliance with environmental policies, high conservation value (HCV) areas, and high carbon stock (HCS) requirements.
- Analyze ecological data to track the effectiveness of restoration initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead field research activities and manage partnerships with ecological consultants or academic institutions.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree or higher in Ecology, Environmental Science, Forestry, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in ecological management, ideally within forestry, agriculture, or conservation sectors.
- Proven expertise in biodiversity assessment methodologies, ecosystem restoration techniques, and GIS spatial mapping.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations and international standards (e.g., FSC, RSPO, or IUCN guidelines).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in remote locations.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Experience in engaging with local communities and external stakeholders on environmental initiatives.
