Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain client accounts with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process and track customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate professionally with customers via email, chat, and phone to resolve inquiries.
- Update and organize internal databases, spreadsheets, and CRM records regularly.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the ecommerce team's daily operations.
- Monitor account performance metrics and provide feedback to the management team.
- Ensure all customer service standards and company policies are strictly followed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data and transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in Customer Service is a strong plus.
