As part of our support team, you will also assist with basic inventory checks and customer communication, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.
Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify incoming customer orders with precision and speed.
- Pack products securely using appropriate materials and accurate labeling.
- Physically carry and deliver packages to customers or collection points within the region.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery schedules are met.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels in the system.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse or storage area for optimal workflow.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, tracking, and delivery details.
Kualifikasi

- Physically fit and able to carry moderate to heavy loads for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use online order management systems.
- Strong attention to detail in packaging and data entry tasks.
