We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Ecommerce & Brand Manager to spearhead the digital growth of the Pearlie White Oral Care brand across Indonesia's leading emarketplaces.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales conversions, and optimize customer experiences on platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada. You will act as the primary guardian of the brand's digital presence, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while adapting to the dynamic nature of online retail.

As the brand guardian, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience. You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for expansion and implement data-driven improvements to our sales funnels.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute end-to-end ecommerce strategies to drive sales growth for Pearlie White.
  • Manage and optimize product listings, imagery, and content on major emarketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada).
  • Monitor daily sales performance, inventory levels, and competitor pricing to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality visual assets and promotional materials.
  • Oversee customer service inquiries and feedback to maintain high satisfaction ratings and brand reputation.
  • Analyze data analytics to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and forecast future demand.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising and SEO initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Ecommerce management, preferably within the FMCG or Beauty/Cosmetics industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing brands on Indonesian emarketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in using ecommerce tools and analytics platforms.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
