In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our brand presence, crafting high-converting content that resonates with our audience.
You won't just be creating content; you will be instrumental in managing our affiliate marketing initiatives, building relationships with creators, and driving traffic to our digital storefronts. We are seeking someone who stays on top of the latest TikTok and Instagram trends, understands the nuances of beauty product marketing, and knows how to turn views into sales.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, produce, and edit engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our affiliate marketing program, including outreach and tracking.
- Coordinate with influencers and affiliate partners to ensure brand alignment and campaign success.
- Analyze content performance metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints and product listings.
- Assist in managing product descriptions and assets for our ecommerce marketplace stores (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the beauty/haircare industry and implement them into content strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and Affiliate Marketing ecosystems.
- Proficiency in basic video editing tools (CapCut, VN, or similar).
- Excellent creative writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive product descriptions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing influencer relationships.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Passion for haircare and beauty products is a significant plus.
