Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels regarding orders, products, and account information
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Update customer profiles and transaction records in CRM systems
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience and revenue
- Meet key performance metrics including response time and resolution rate
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on products and policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping processes
