We are currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Ecommerce Merchandise Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless flow of product data and inventory management across our digital platforms, contributing directly to our sales performance and customer satisfaction.
As part of our operations team, you will bridge the gap between our supply chain and online sales channels. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate product listings, monitoring stock levels, and analyzing sales data to support our merchandising strategy. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate product information, pricing, and imagery on the e-commerce platform.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and recommend inventory adjustments.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly sales reports and inventory forecasts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product launches and promotions are executed smoothly.
- Handle product returns and exchanges efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all operational processes comply with company policies and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Retail Management, E-commerce, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in merchandise operations, retail operations, or e-commerce support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis skills.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Lazada) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
