PT Gao Feng Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Ecommerce Operation Manager to spearhead our digital sales operations. In this role, you will be the engine behind our online presence, ensuring seamless customer experiences, optimized inventory management, and aggressive growth across our skincare product lines.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who understands the nuances of the Indonesian beauty market, from platform algorithm trends on Shopee/Tokopedia/TikTok Shop to efficient supply chain execution. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Oversee daily store operations on major marketplaces, including product listings, promotions, and campaign management.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including inventory planning, replenishment, and warehouse coordination to ensure stock availability.
- Analyze sales data and traffic metrics to provide actionable insights for improving conversion rates and ROAS.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional calendars with social media initiatives and influencer campaigns.
- Ensure high-quality customer service standards and manage store ratings across all digital platforms.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies to maintain market competitiveness in the skincare sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce operations, specifically within the skincare, cosmetics, or beauty industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Proven track record in managing online store inventory, logistics, and digital storefront optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and e-commerce analytics dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- A proactive problem-solver with a 'can-do' attitude in a fast-paced environment.
