Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize daily operations for Shopee and Lazada marketplace accounts.
- Monitor inventory levels closely and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Process and track incoming orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to manage shipping schedules and resolve delivery issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and returns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and inventory movements in the ERP system.
- Assist in identifying operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in e-commerce operations or logistics support.
- Familiarity with Shopee Seller Centre and Lazada Seller Centre interfaces.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
