Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize end-to-end marketplace operations (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.) for assigned brands.
- Execute strategic product listing updates, including SEO-optimized descriptions, high-quality imagery, and competitive pricing strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns, including platform-specific vouchers, flash sales, and display advertising.
- Analyze daily sales performance, traffic metrics, and conversion rates to provide actionable insights for growth.
- Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure high satisfaction ratings and resolution of order issues.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to refine brand positioning and revenue strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Ecommerce management or marketplace operations in Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of major Indonesian marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for sales reporting.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing principles and customer funnel optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
