PT. Global Unity Abadi is looking for a dynamic and results-driven eCommerce Specialist to join our growing team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital storefront, responsible for optimizing product visibility, managing online sales channels, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to execute effective eCommerce strategies, drive traffic to our products, and convert browsers into loyal customers. We are looking for someone who stays ahead of industry trends and understands the nuances of major Indonesian marketplaces.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain product listings across various eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
- Execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive store traffic.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stock-outs.
- Analyze sales performance data and generate reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for better SEO and conversion rates.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain a positive store rating.
- Coordinate promotional events, flash sales, and discount vouchers to boost seasonal sales.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing eCommerce stores or digital marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of marketplace features and promotional tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
