Are you a creative digital marketer with a passion for social commerce? rajecatokan is seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce Specialist/Affiliate to join our growing team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our online brand presence, specifically focusing on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
You will be responsible for end-to-end store operations, content creation, and affiliate strategy. The ideal candidate is data-driven, stays on top of current trends, and knows exactly how to convert viewers into loyal customers. If you have a knack for viral content and a strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations for TikTok Shop and Shopee stores to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and execute creative short-form video content strategies to drive organic traffic.
- Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners to increase brand reach and conversion.
- Monitor marketplace analytics and provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, and imagery, for maximum SEO impact.
- Coordinate with the team to align promotional calendars with inventory availability.
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain a high shop rating/reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist, Social Media Admin, or Affiliate Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok Shop and Shopee Seller Center tools.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and content creation techniques.
- Ability to multitask and handle operational store management independently.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on improving conversion rates and ROAS.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for affiliate relationship building.
- Based in or able to commute to Jakarta Utara.
