In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality steel products and our digital customers. You will manage our marketplace presence, streamline order processing, and ensure that our online storefronts reflect the professionalism and reliability of our brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of company online marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, or B2B platforms).
- Process incoming orders, coordinate with the warehouse team, and monitor stock levels to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Actively respond to customer inquiries regarding steel specifications, pricing, and technical details to drive sales conversions.
- Upload, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure accurate shipment tracking and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
- Prepare periodic sales performance reports and inventory status updates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in E-commerce, Digital Sales, or Marketplace Administration (familiarity with steel or industrial products is a significant plus).
- Strong proficiency in using marketplace Seller Centers and inventory management software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to handle data and generate performance reports.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Tech-savvy and highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
