- Coordinate end-to-end Executive Check-Up processes for VIP clients across partner hospitals
- Ensure all requested medical tests and procedures are scheduled and completed on schedule
- Act as primary liaison between clients, medical professionals, and hospital administration
- Monitor ECU progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or delays
- Maintain detailed documentation of all ECU activities and client interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the healthcare journey
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize ECU workflows and client experience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare coordination or patient services
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage complex schedules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality
