PT Pasifik Cipta Solusi is looking for a dedicated and skilled EDC Machine Technician to join our technical support team in Kabupaten Karanganyar. As an EDC Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational integrity of Electronic Data Capture systems, ensuring that Point of Sale (POS) terminals and related hardware run smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on EDC machines, printers, and cash drawers.
- Diagnose and repair hardware malfunctions, including connectivity issues, printer jams, and power failures.
- Update EDC machine firmware and software configurations to ensure compliance with bank regulations.
- Coordinate with bank representatives and clients to schedule maintenance visits and resolve technical queries.
- Document all service reports, maintenance logs, and repair activities accurately.
- Ensure all technical tools and spare parts are well-organized and available for immediate deployment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding the proper use of EDC equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hardware maintenance, specifically with EDC machines or POS systems.
- Strong understanding of electronic components, circuitry, and computer hardware.
- Ability to work independently in the field and travel within the Karanganyar region as required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License (SIM A) is preferred for field mobility.
- Fluent in Indonesian; basic technical English is an advantage.
