Tanggung Jawab
- Input, update, and maintain electronic data in company databases with precision
- Process and verify transaction records to ensure data accuracy
- Generate reports and summaries from electronic systems for management review
- Assist with data backup, recovery procedures, and system maintenance
- Collaborate with administrative teams to support office operations
- Implement data security protocols to protect sensitive information

Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with focus on computer literacy
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic knowledge of database management systems
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
