Tanggung Jawab
- Enter, update, and maintain electronic data in company databases and systems
- Process and verify data accuracy for payroll, inventory, and administrative records
- Generate and distribute reports using office software and proprietary systems
- Perform data backups and system maintenance to ensure operational continuity
- Assist in document preparation, filing, and record management
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 1 year administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with high typing accuracy
- Basic knowledge of database management systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Prior experience with ERP systems preferred
