Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain electronic data in company databases
- Manage digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval and storage
- Process and verify data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist in generating reports and compiling administrative documents
- Support office operations by handling routine clerical tasks
- Perform regular data backups and system maintenance checks
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry or clerical roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
