Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain electronic data processing systems for mall operations
- Perform accurate data entry and record-keeping tasks
- Process and reconcile daily transactions using digital platforms
- Generate reports and analyze data for operational insights
- Coordinate with mall departments to ensure data consistency
- Handle confidential information with strict adherence to privacy protocols
- Assist in office administration tasks including filing and document management
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 1 year administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience with ERP systems or retail management software is advantageous
