Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate data entry into the EDP system and ensure all records are up-to-date and error-free.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Prepare, format, and distribute internal memos, correspondence, and reports.
- Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation activities.
- Update customer and supplier databases with the latest contact and transaction information.
- Support the management team with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.
- Monitor daily transaction logs and identify discrepancies for resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or a relevant certificate in Business Administration or Data Processing.
- Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
