Private Advertiser is seeking a meticulous and organized EDP Clerk to join our administrative team in Daiman Jaya, Johor. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the efficient management of our data entry operations, ensuring that all information is accurately captured and maintained within our systems. We are looking for a candidate who takes pride in their work, possesses a keen eye for detail, and can handle a fast-paced workload with ease.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily data entry tasks with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy access.
- Verify and reconcile data across different sources to ensure consistency.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office.
- Assist in the generation of payroll or billing summaries as required.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and ensure proper documentation.
- Support the wider office administration team with general clerical duties.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM or Diploma in any related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in data entry or EDP operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fast typing speed (minimum 35-40 wpm) with high accuracy rates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
