Tanggung Jawab

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain database records on a daily basis.
  • Perform high-volume data entry from various source documents into internal systems.
  • Verify data integrity by cross-referencing information and correcting errors promptly.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Generate routine reports and summaries for department supervisors as required.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies or processing issues.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and confidentiality policies at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any relevant field.
  • Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a similar office support role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong keyboarding skills with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet daily deadlines.
  • Strong command of English and Malay, both written and verbal.
  • Must be based in or willing to commute to Kuala Selangor.
