Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform accurate data entry into the EDP system and ensure database integrity.

  • Assist in general office administration and daily clerical support tasks.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution to the relevant departments.
  • Prepare reports, compile statistical data, and maintain accurate logs of transactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in any field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is a distinct advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and EDP software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high typing speed are essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
