Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into electronic databases and filing systems.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic records to ensure easy retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of statistical reports and spreadsheets.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and faxes.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather and verify necessary data.
- Perform general office support duties, including photocopying and scanning.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM or Diploma in Business Administration/Computer Science is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an EDP or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy (minimum 35-40 wpm).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of database management principles.
