Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and reach out to prospective students through various lead generation channels.
- Conduct professional consultations to assess students' language learning needs and goals.
- Present and sell suitable educational packages, ensuring monthly sales targets are consistently met.
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment process, providing exceptional customer service throughout.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and clients using our CRM system.
- Organize and participate in educational seminars, workshops, and promotional events in Karawang.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Communications, or Education preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or educational consulting is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Must be based in or willing to work full-time in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
