Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels including digital inquiries, school visits, and networking.
- Conduct high-quality consultations and presentations to prospective students and parents regarding academic programs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual enrollment targets set by the management.
- Maintain and update the CRM database accurately to ensure efficient lead management and follow-up.
- Represent the foundation at educational exhibitions, open houses, and community events to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and market trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process to ensure high conversion rates.
- Monitor competitor activities and market demand to provide strategic recommendations for program positioning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the education or service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet strict sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
