Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process international student visa applications, passes, and renewal documents in strict accordance with Malaysian immigration regulations.
- Coordinate and organize orientation sessions, welcome events, and social activities to enhance the student living experience.
- Liaise with immigration authorities, embassies, and government bodies to ensure compliance and resolve any student-related legal matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including personal data, academic progress, and travel documents.
- Assist in the development and execution of educational programs tailored to international student needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to students regarding academic queries, accommodation, and general campus life.
- Prepare regular reports on student statistics, visa statuses, and program participation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in student affairs, visa processing, or administrative support within the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian immigration laws, student pass regulations, and work permit requirements.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Malay (Bahasa Malaysia) is highly preferred.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and student management software.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends for event coordination.
