Join PAP Community Foundation as an Educational Psychologist and make a meaningful impact on student development. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct psycho-educational assessments for diagnosing neurodevelopmental conditions and informing school placement decisions
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
- Provide counseling and therapeutic support to address academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to create cohesive support systems
- Analyze assessment data to identify learning patterns and recommend evidence-based interventions
- Conduct research on emerging educational psychology practices and methodologies
- Advocate for inclusive educational practices and provide training to educators
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Educational Psychology or related field
- Valid license to practice as an Educational Psychologist in Singapore
- Minimum 3 years of experience in school or clinical settings
- Expertise in psycho-educational assessment tools and diagnostic frameworks
- Strong knowledge of neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., ADHD, autism, dyslexia)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Experience developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans
