Green Plus Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented EHS Administrator to join our team in Batu Kawan, Penang. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department, ensuring that our documentation, compliance records, and safety protocols are maintained to the highest standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and organize EHS documentation, including safety logs, inspection reports, and compliance certificates.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of safety-related communications and training materials.
- Monitor and track EHS training schedules for employees and ensure all records are up to date.
- Provide administrative support during internal and external safety audits and inspections.
- Assist in the data entry of incident reports and maintaining the internal safety database.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure necessary safety documentation is available and easily accessible.
- Prepare periodic performance reports regarding EHS metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within an EHS or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive documentation with confidentiality.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic EHS regulations and safety reporting requirements is a distinct advantage.
