As the EHS Internal Trainer, you will play a critical role in shaping our safety culture by identifying training needs, conducting engaging sessions, and tracking competency levels. You will also manage the logistics of training schedules and maintain comprehensive records of all training activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver comprehensive EHS training sessions, including OSH Act, fire safety, and hazard identification.
- Coordinate training schedules, book venues, and manage logistics for internal and external training programs.
- Assess employee competency levels through practical evaluations and knowledge checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, logs, and certification databases.
- Conduct regular safety audits and provide feedback to management on training effectiveness.
- Update training materials and curricula to reflect changing regulations and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must hold a valid OSH-C (Occupational Safety and Health Certificate).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in EHS, training coordination, or a similar internal training role.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Good working knowledge of Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) regulations.
- Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite for documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
