EVE Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd is a leading construction company with a strong commitment to safety, health, and environmental protection. We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Manager to join our operations in Kulim, Kedah. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of environmental, health, and safety management, ensuring that our projects comply with all legal requirements and industry best practices.
Your primary duties will include developing and implementing comprehensive EHS management systems, conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses, leading safety audits and inspections, managing incident investigations and root cause analyses, and coordinating emergency response plans. You will also be responsible for delivering EHS training programs, monitoring environmental performance, managing waste and emissions, and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies such as DOSH and DOE.
We are looking for a candidate who holds a valid Green Book (SHO) certification, with a degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction EHS is essential. You should possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, and be proficient in EHS management software.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement preventive measures.
- Lead incident investigations, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide EHS training and induction programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Monitor environmental performance, manage waste disposal, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities and management.
- Drive continuous improvement in EHS performance through data analysis, benchmarking, and employee engagement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Valid Green Book (SHO) certification issued by DOSH or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS management within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian EHS laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., OSHA, FMA, EQA).
- Experience in developing and implementing EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and EHS software applications.
