Join STATS ChipPAC as an EHS Manager and lead our commitment to workplace safety and environmental stewardship. In this critical leadership role, you'll develop and implement comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety programs that align with global standards and regulatory requirements. You'll drive our safety culture through proactive risk assessment, incident prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health Act and environmental regulations. Your expertise will protect our workforce, enhance operational efficiency, and position STATS ChipPAC as an industry leader in sustainable manufacturing practices.
As part of our senior leadership team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate EHS principles into business operations. You'll conduct regular audits, manage corrective actions, and champion safety training programs that empower employees at all levels. This role offers the opportunity to shape our EHS strategy while making tangible contributions to employee well-being and environmental protection in Singapore's dynamic manufacturing sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS management systems aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Lead workplace safety initiatives including risk assessments, hazard controls, and emergency response planning
- Ensure compliance with local EHS regulations and corporate safety policies
- Manage incident investigation, reporting, and corrective action processes
- Coordinate employee safety training programs and safety culture initiatives
- Oversee environmental management programs including waste reduction and sustainability practices
- Monitor EHS performance metrics and prepare executive reports
- Represent the company in regulatory inspections and stakeholder engagements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of EHS management experience in manufacturing/semiconductor industry
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent international certification required
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's WSH Act and environmental regulations
- Proven experience developing and implementing EHS management systems
- Advanced skills in incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Experience leading cross-functional EHS teams and safety committees
- Proficiency in EHS software and data management systems
