Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS management systems aligned with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and local regulations
- Lead environmental compliance initiatives including waste management, emissions control, and sustainability reporting
- Conduct regular EHS audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations with corrective action tracking
- Design and deliver targeted EHS training programs for 500+ manufacturing personnel
- Oversee emergency preparedness programs and crisis response protocols
- Collaborate with production teams to integrate EHS principles into operational workflows
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organizational adaptation to new requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 7 years EHS management experience in manufacturing environments
- Professional certification (NEBOSH, CSP, or ISO 14001 Lead Auditor preferred)
- Proven track record implementing successful environmental management programs
- Advanced knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations and global EHS standards
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in EHS KPI reporting
- Excellent leadership abilities with cross-functional team management experience
- Proficiency in EHS software platforms and regulatory compliance tracking systems
