- Manage interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals and caregivers

- Coordinate with medical professionals to integrate healthcare services

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Gerontology, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in eldercare or healthcare administration
- Certification in Geriatric Care or Healthcare Management (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of Singapore's healthcare regulations and eldercare standards
