Stella International is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Electrical Officer to join our team in Sukoharjo. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily electrical safety compliance and perform routine audits across the production facility.
- Coordinate energy management initiatives to improve operational efficiency and decrease carbon output.
- Conduct comprehensive fire safety inspections and ensure all suppression systems are fully functional.
- Lead and document HSE shop floor inspections to identify and mitigate potential electrical hazards.
- Provide technical support for CSR-related projects, focusing on sustainable power solutions and resource management.
- Maintain detailed documentation for regulatory audits and ensure adherence to local and international electrical codes.
- Train shop floor staff on safe electrical handling practices and emergency response protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in a safety or electrical maintenance capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian electrical safety standards and international HSE guidelines.
- Proven ability to perform electrical audits and root-cause analysis for safety incidents.
- Strong commitment to CSR, sustainability, and corporate compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence safety culture across various departments.
- Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic tools and safety management software.
- Certification in K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) Listrik is a significant advantage.
