OCS is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Electrical Planner Designer to join our dynamic project team in Taguig City. This is a critical 6-month contract role focused on the meticulous planning and design of electrical systems for cutting-edge hospital facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive electrical plans, designs, and specifications for new and renovated hospital facilities.
- Prepare detailed electrical layouts, schematics, and single-line diagrams using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP).
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant electrical codes, standards (e.g., Philippine Electrical Code, NFPA, ASHRAE), and healthcare facility regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate electrical systems seamlessly.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and condition assessments to inform design decisions and address potential challenges.
- Review and approve electrical shop drawings, material submittals, and contractor proposals for compliance with design intent and specifications.
- Perform electrical load calculations, fault current analysis, short circuit analysis, and coordination studies.
- Provide technical support and expertise during the construction, testing, and commissioning phases of projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in electrical design, with significant exposure to healthcare, institutional, or critical facility projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), National Electrical Code (NEC), NFPA standards, and other applicable building codes.
- Demonstrated expertise in power distribution, lighting systems, emergency power, fire alarm systems, and data/communication systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
