Sunbeam is a leading player in the construction industry, and we are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Engineer to join our growing team in the East Region. In this role, you will be the backbone of our electrical project delivery, ensuring that every installation meets our rigorous quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
The successful candidate will take charge of the end-to-end lifecycle of electrical projects, from initial planning and coordination to final execution and commissioning. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, manage on-site teams, and ensure that all technical documentation, including Variations Orders (VO), is managed with precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end management, coordination, and execution of electrical projects to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare, track, and maintain accurate Variation Orders (VO) and project documentation.
- Supervise on-site electrical works to ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and engineering standards.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and clients to align project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets, material procurement, and resource allocation to prevent cost overruns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide immediate, effective engineering solutions.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and conduct regular project review meetings with stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management or engineering within the construction/electrical sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, building codes, and Singapore construction safety standards (WSH).
- Proven ability to manage VOs, contracts, and project documentation effectively.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other industry-standard project management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and client relationships.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites in the East Region.
