Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed electrical quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects
- Manage tender documentation and participate in bid evaluation processes
- Monitor project costs and provide regular variance reports to stakeholders
- Review and administer electrical contracts to ensure compliance with terms
- Conduct value engineering studies to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to resolve technical discrepancies
- Maintain accurate cost records and documentation throughout project lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electrical quantity surveying
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of electrical materials, systems, and construction methods
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and local construction regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) or equivalent preferred
