- Preparing and analyzing electrical quantity take-offs for tender documents
- Assisting in the preparation of tender bids and contract documents
- Monitoring project costs and preparing regular financial reports
- Collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate cost estimation
- Managing variations and claims throughout the project lifecycle
- Conducting site visits to verify measurements and quantities
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of electrical materials and market prices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of electrical materials, systems, and installation methods
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with Philippine construction standards and regulations
