Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Drive sales performance and meet individual and store targets consistently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process transactions efficiently and handle various payment methods.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and merchandising new stock shipments.
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Troubleshoot basic product technical questions or issues for customers on the spot.
- Stay informed on competitive products, promotions, and market trends to offer expert advice.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in retail or customer service (fresh graduates with a strong attitude are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are a plus.
- A genuine passion for consumer electronics and technology trends.
- Possesses own transportation and willing to work at Starling Mall, Petaling Jaya.
- Able to work retail hours including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
