As an iGaming Support Specialist, you will navigate the fast-paced world of online casinos, handling account queries, bonus inquiries, and technical troubleshooting via email. We are looking for someone who thrives in a service-oriented environment, possesses excellent written English skills, and can maintain a high level of accuracy while handling a steady volume of support tickets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high-volume inbound email inquiries from players in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist users with account-related concerns, including registration, verification, and password resets.
  • Explain complex gaming promotions, bonuses, and loyalty programs clearly and accurately.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to gaming platform accessibility and payment processing.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate complex disputes or payment inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all interactions within our CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with all iGaming industry regulations and internal security policies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support workflows by providing feedback on common user pain points.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the BPO, iGaming, or E-commerce sector.
  • Exceptional written communication skills in English, with a focus on grammar, tone, and empathy.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using email support ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with strict adherence to data privacy and security protocols.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a keen interest in the online casino and gaming industry.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure during high-pressure situations.
