In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end payroll processing for employees across the European, Middle Eastern, and African (EMEA) regions. Your expertise will ensure that all payroll activities are executed with precision, adhering to local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. You will manage complex multi-currency payments, handle month-end payroll reconciliation, and serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and validate payroll for all EMEA-based employees accurately and on time.
- Ensure strict compliance with local employment laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage multi-currency payroll payments and reconcile bank statements monthly.
- Prepare and submit required payroll reports to tax authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to update payroll policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure integrity and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of EMEA payroll legislation, tax codes, and social security systems.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees and external agencies.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines during month-end close cycles.
- Relevant certification in Payroll or Human Resources is a plus.
