Tanggung Jawab
- Process end-to-end monthly and ad-hoc payrolls for employees across various EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, social security contributions, and labor laws within the EMEA region.
- Manage payroll data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, benefits, and deductions, in the HRIS system.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to resolve discrepancies and optimize payroll processes.
- Prepare and submit required payroll reports, tax filings, and statistical data to internal stakeholders and external authorities.
- Respond to employee queries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits in a professional and timely manner.
- Participate in payroll system implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on changes in EMEA payroll legislation and ensure company practices remain compliant.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in payroll processing, with significant exposure to EMEA payroll.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar global payroll platforms).
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; additional European language proficiency is a plus.
