Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
  • 5+ years in employer branding, HR marketing, or talent acquisition with 2+ years in leadership
  • Proven experience developing and implementing successful EVP strategies
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels and social media platforms for employer branding
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret talent market data and trends
  • Excellent project management capabilities with cross-functional leadership experience
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
