- Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with business goals and market trends
- Lead creation and execution of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) framework to differentiate Erajaya
- Design integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms
- Analyze labor market data and competitor branding to identify opportunities for differentiation
- Partner with HR teams to enhance candidate experience and employee engagement initiatives
- Measure and report on branding KPIs using analytics tools and stakeholder feedback
- Manage employer branding budget and resources efficiently
- Stay updated on employer branding best practices and emerging technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
- 5+ years in employer branding, HR marketing, or talent acquisition with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful EVP strategies
- Expertise in digital marketing channels and social media platforms for employer branding
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret talent market data and trends
- Excellent project management capabilities with cross-functional leadership experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Creative mindset with portfolio demonstrating employer branding campaigns
