Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies tailored to specific site needs.
- Organize and facilitate regular team-building activities, workshops, and recognition events.
- Manage internal communication channels to ensure transparency and consistent information flow.
- Administer incentive and reward programs to motivate high-performing teams and boost productivity.
- Conduct and analyze employee satisfaction surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to design and execute retention initiatives that reduce turnover.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a supportive and inclusive culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in employee engagement, HR coordination, or BPO operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse personalities.
- Proven track record in organizing events and managing team dynamics effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
