In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our site culture, responsible for designing and executing initiatives that foster connection, motivation, and retention.

As an Employee Engagement Associate, you will work closely with site leadership to translate company goals into engaging programs that resonate with our workforce. From conceptualizing incentive schemes to managing recognition events and communication campaigns, your work will directly impact the employee experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan and execute site-wide employee engagement initiatives and activities to boost morale and foster a positive work culture.
  • Develop and implement creative recognition and rewards programs that acknowledge high-performing team members.
  • Manage internal communication channels, ensuring employees are well-informed about company updates, initiatives, and events.
  • Partner with HR and Operations leadership to identify retention trends and design actionable improvement strategies.
  • Facilitate team-building workshops and corporate events that encourage cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys and focus groups to drive continuous improvement in engagement strategies.
  • Maintain records of engagement activities and provide regular reports to leadership on the impact of various programs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or office administration within a BPO/Call Center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with digital engagement tools (e.g., internal social platforms or survey software).
  • Creative thinker with a passion for designing unique programs that drive employee participation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing site needs.
