Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute site-wide employee engagement initiatives and activities to boost morale and foster a positive work culture.
- Develop and implement creative recognition and rewards programs that acknowledge high-performing team members.
- Manage internal communication channels, ensuring employees are well-informed about company updates, initiatives, and events.
- Partner with HR and Operations leadership to identify retention trends and design actionable improvement strategies.
- Facilitate team-building workshops and corporate events that encourage cross-departmental collaboration.
- Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys and focus groups to drive continuous improvement in engagement strategies.
- Maintain records of engagement activities and provide regular reports to leadership on the impact of various programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or office administration within a BPO/Call Center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with digital engagement tools (e.g., internal social platforms or survey software).
- Creative thinker with a passion for designing unique programs that drive employee participation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing site needs.
