- Design and implement comprehensive employee engagement programs aligned with organizational goals
- Analyze survey data and feedback metrics to identify improvement areas and actionable insights
- Develop and execute recognition initiatives to celebrate employee achievements and milestones
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration through team-building activities and communication platforms
- Act as primary liaison between employees and leadership, addressing concerns and fostering open dialogue
- Create and maintain engagement dashboards to track progress against KPIs
- Lead culture-building initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and workplace wellbeing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in employee engagement, HR operations, or talent management
- Proven track record in designing and executing successful engagement initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in HR analytics tools and survey methodologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with all organizational levels
- Strong project management abilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in the Philippines
- Experience in logistics or supply chain industry highly preferred
