  • Design and implement comprehensive employee engagement programs aligned with organizational goals

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in employee engagement, HR operations, or talent management
  • Proven track record in designing and executing successful engagement initiatives
  • Advanced proficiency in HR analytics tools and survey methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with all organizational levels
  • Strong project management abilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in the Philippines
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain industry highly preferred
