Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee relations strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage industrial relations activities including union negotiations and collective bargaining
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and labor regulations
- Handle employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary procedures
- Advise senior leadership on labor law compliance and HR best practices
- Design and deliver employee relations training programs
- Monitor workplace climate metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Represent organization in labor disputes and employment tribunals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in employee/industrial relations
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations
- Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) or Industrial Relations preferred
- Proven experience in union negotiations and collective agreements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret labor legislation
- Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
- Experience in transportation or logistics industry advantageous
