- Mediate employee relations issues and conflicts to maintain harmonious workplace dynamics
- Ensure adherence to Philippine labor laws, company policies, and regulatory standards
- Develop, implement, and update HR compliance programs and documentation
- Conduct internal investigations with objectivity and confidentiality
- Advise management on employee relations best practices and legal requirements
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
- Monitor workplace trends to proactively address potential compliance risks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in employee relations and HR compliance
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices
- Certification in HR compliance or labor law preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and documentation management
